Melissa Rivera - Air Conditioning Contractor Wilson Alvarez came to our office, and to our surprise, we thought we were on top of technology but found out that we were not. When Wilson noticed that our server was 5+ years old and running exchange, he immediately let us know that it was a ticking bomb. We quickly and successfully migrated to Office365 where we now have our existing Outlook on the cloud and can easily share among colleagues. We also went paperless. It’s hard to understand this, but we rarely print now. He organized our folder structure where it makes sense for our employees to save files efficiently. I can also access all of my corporate files via the web on my tablet and phone, since we installed Dropbox on our server. This has been a very smooth transition. Thanks for everything, Wilson!
